What do you sell?

These aren’t starter spreadsheets. They’re automation tools for things like prepaid amortization, WACC, ROIC, and valuation strategy—built by someone who’s lived inside close cycles, cash flow fire drills, and board decks.
What if I need more than 9 licenses?
For larger, enterprise teams, we provide custom pricing based on your specific needs.

Can I purchase on a phone or other mobile devise?
Yes. You’ll get a download link by email, so you can complete checkout on a mobile devise and open your file later on desktop.
Do you offer manual billing or invoice payments?
Yes. For teams and companies that prefer to pay by invoice (ACH, check, or wire), we offer manual billing.
When you choose Manual Payment at checkout, you’ll receive an invoice by email with payment instructions. Once payment is received, your licensed files will be delivered immediately via email.
If you need a custom quote or W-9, or want the invoice issued to a specific entity, simply include those details in the order notes or email support@automatedaf.ai after checkout.
Why are your templates more expensive than others I see online?
Because they actually solve real finance and accounting problems. The kinds of problems most companies pay thousands of dollars in professional fees to answer—and even then, you can’t easily adjust or iterate the solution.
Our tools are built by a CPA and CFO with 25+ years of experience. They eliminate hours of manual work, prevent costly errors, and give you repeatable frameworks you can rely on every month. Do I Need to Install Anything?
Nope. Everything runs in Excel. Some templates use macros for license enforcement and automation, so you’ll need to enable macros to get full functionality.
How do I get help if I have a question?

What if I lose my file or need to download it again?
Each purchase comes with up to 3 downloads in case of file loss, machine swaps, or for additional GL accounts, companies, divisions or departments.
If you need more, just email us. We’re here to help, not to punish you.
Can I share the file with my team?
For license based templates, your license is based on the number of users (i.e., machines). If you're a solo operator or a two-person team, you're covered. Larger teams need the appropriate license—or you can upgrade anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds. That said, if something isn’t working as expected, reach out—we’ll make it right.
Can I get help customizing a template?
Yes. We offer template customizations, financial model builds, and advisory support. Check out our Services Page or email us with what you need.
Is Excel really better than all those fancy platforms?
For most finance teams? Yes.
